Description of the article: Tifoo Gold plating solution "Flash" – the product features at a glance: 20 ml of gold electrolyte - galvanic gold-plating 5 g of gold / litre for a 24 carats gilding ideal for tank- and pen-plating can directly plate stainless steel and chrome - not suited for copper! easy to use (not on nickel-free steel) Easy gilding directly on stainless steel and chrome without the need of activation - the gold plating solution Flash from Tifoo! Creating a visually appealing surface on objects made of stainless steel or with a chromed surface. This is often hard to achieve, but now you can easily do it: The Gold plating solution FLASH from Tifoo allows you to gild directly on stainless stell and chrome without any preceding acidic activation. The passivating surface layer on chrome and stainless steel make the direct gilding with common gold electrolytes very complicated. The special formula of the gold electrolyte FLASH makes the gilding of chrome, stainless steel or chromed objects very easy. Achieve brilliant results for example when gilding fittings, tools or chromed objects. It also allows you to realize unusual ideas like e.g. gilding typically chromed hookahs or bathroom fittings. In order to gild stainless steel, you'll only need a degreaser (like the Tifoo Degreaser) and the gold plating solution FLASH. In addition, you can apply many further layers or decorative elements on the golden surface. The high gold content of 5 g / litre allows a quick deposition of the gold on stainless steel and chrome objects. Attention: nickel-free steel (magnetic steel) cannot be plated with FLASHA quick overview of the properties and technical details of the individual gold electrolytes in the Tifoo range can be found in the following table:

Description of the article: Tifoo Palladium plating solution – the product features at a glance: 1 g of palladium / litre Ideal for tank or pen plating Serves as a barrier layer before gilding to avoid alloyings Easy in use and free from cyanide Tifoo Palladium electrolyte - the non-allergenic alternative to nickel electrolyte. Until today, palladium-plating is a quite rarely used electroplating method. In its function as substitution for galvanic nickel-plating, it can offer some advantages (despite the higher price). So, what are its advantages? Normally, a nickel electrolyte is used to create a barrier layer made of nickel between copper and gold to prevent the two metals from mixing together. The advantages are the following: Palladium is more noble than nickel, that means that there is no corrosion on the surface and the palladium doesn't need to be gilded nor activated like nickel. The deposition speed and the effectiveness are excellent, i.e. there is no unwanted gas formation. This electrolyte deposits silver white, very bright palladium and can be used as a bright "finish". When gilding on it with Tifoo Gold electrolyte and pen plating, you will achieve a perfect result. Unlike the nickel electrolyte, palladium isn't cancerogenic and because of that authorised for private costumers! A very good combination for gilding almost any metal is: copper (acidic), palladium and finally gold.Shipping notes: As this item is classified as "hazardous" by REACH / GHS, international shipment is subject to special regulations of the carrier. Description of the article: Tifoo Gold tank plating solution "Chamaeleon" – the product features at a glance: 1 g of gold / litre for 24 carats gilding ideal for tank plating (not for pen plating); applicable with stainless steel anode works on a lot of metals cyanide-free and easy to use This gold electrolyte from Tifoo allows you to gild and to create gold layers on numerous objects by yourself. Please keep in mind that this electrolyte has especially been optimized for tank- and immersion plating. It has been given the name "Chamaeleon" because this electrolyte is perfectly compatible with our colour additives and allows you to achieve various gold colourations and shades. This cyanide free gold electrolyte deposits bright layers made of 24 carat real gold, normally without the need of polishing afterwards. Galvanic gilding is the ideal finish for every object that is meant to look especially noble. So you can gild e.g. watches, car components, used jewellery or electronic components without problems by yourself and save a lot of money. A very good combination for gilding of almost any metal is: copper (acidic), nickel (alternatively palladium or rhodium) and finally gold. Nickel-plating before gilding is recommended for copper, silver and non-ferrous heavy metal, for it causes a mixing of the shades with the gold after some days or weeks (diffusion), when not made. We offer the needed nickel also as an especially customer-friendly currentless variation. If you need more information or tips for gilding certain objects. we'll always be gladly at your disposal. Recommended voltage for using the Tifoo Gold electrolyte Chamaeleon: Tank plating: 3-4 volts Pen plating: NOT suitable (please use the electrolytes "FLASH" and "MIDAS" in our offer!)

Tifoo Silver plating solution – the product features at a glance:
30 g silver per litre - highly concentrated for quick silver-plating
Cyanide-free and safe handling - also ideal for hobby-platers
Suited for tank- and pen plating
Creates thick silver layers very quickly
Creates white silver layers that can gleam after polishing
The silver electrolyte from Tifoo is perfect for tank- and pen plating. This cyanide-free silver electrolyte can be silver-plated by yourself without any problems. Unlike the common industrial highly toxic silver electrolytes, the handling of this cyaninde-free silver electrolyte is safe. It deposits resistant and aesthetic layers made of fine silver. Thin layers will be bright when deposited, thicker layers are white and can be polished with Tifoo Power Polish until they gleam. This electrolyte is ideal for silver-plating jewellery, for restoring silver cuttlery and for silver-plating of numerous other objects. Thanks to its high silver content of 30 g per litre, this electrolyte deposits silver very fast - that is a big advantage for pen plating, as it reduces the working time. Non-precious metals like zinc or iron should be nickel-plated or copper-plated before silver-plating. Please keep in mind that shiny silver layers can only be created with a silver anode. These anodes can also be found in our product range.Shipping notes:

Purchase your easy and at the same time professional start in the exciting world of (hobby) electroplating of small objects. You can chose between a 3 A or 10 A power supply. The stronger power supply is especially needed for objects with bigger surfaces and when using electrolytes that need a high current density, like e.g. the copper electrolyte. (5 A pro dm²). The Tifoo zinc electrolyte for example needs a current density of about 2 A / dm² for immersion plating. That means that with a 3 A power supply, you can e.g. galvanize a surface of 1.5 dm² = 100 cm², i.e. for example a metal sheet of 15 x 10 cm. For all bigger parts, it is advisable to work with a 10 A power supply. The electrolytes vary here: for a gold electrolyte bath, 0.3 A pro dm² are enough, whereas chrome needs a current density of 15 A per dm². An overview of each needed current density can be found either in the instruction manuals of the electrolyte in question, or in Tifoo Current density table. For a detailed description of how to use the products, please read the corresponding instruction manual.
