Galvanic nickel plating enables durable and wear-resistant coating of metallic or conductive surfaces. Nickel coatings are also characterised by their resistance to corrosion and good solderability. With the Tifoo nickel electrolyte, you can produce electroplated nickel coatings yourself. Description of the article: Tifoo Nickel rod anode (Ø 8 mm) – the product features at a glance: nickel rod anode of 99% nickel length 10 cm, Ø 8 mm suitable for Tifoo pen / brush plating (GalvanoBrush) The nickel rod anode (diameter: 8 mm, length: 10 cm) is ideally compatible with our Tifoo brush plating system "GalvanoBrush". You can easily replace the anode in the pen, when it is e.g. worn out. Nickel anodes are ideal for nickel electrolyte, as they reduce the consumption and improve the electrolyte's deposition. We recommend to use the nickel anode in combination with the Tifoo Chrome electrolyte. It deposits a very bright chrome-nickel alloy, which ressembles the popular bright chrome a lot.

It serves as a sacrificial anode in the acidic copper electrolyte, that means that the copper dissolves and regenerates the electrolyte. This guarantees a constantly good deposition. Description of the article: Tifoo Stainless steel anode – the product features at a glance: Stainless steel anode for electroplating with Tifoo gold- and palladium plating solutions works with gold-, palladium- and chloride-free plating solutions size: 150 x 100 x 0.5 mm conductivity of 1-1.5 MS/m almost no abrasion The stainless steel anode is made of resistant steel, shows a high chemical consistency and unlike other anode material doesn't dissolve and therefore protects the used plating solution. The stainless steel anode is perfectly suited for use with our plating solutions for tank plating. The stainless steel anode can be used with the following plating solutions: gold plating solution palladium plating solution chloride-free plating solutions Contact the plate ideally with an alligator clip outside of the plating solution. Before use, the stainless steel plate has to be degreased with our Galvanic degreaser, acetone or spirit!
