The Tifoo brush electroplating kit enables you to quickly start into brush plating. It contains everything needed for gold and copper brush plating. The sequence for non-conductive materials is as follows: first use the silver spray, then plate with bright copper solution and finally brush plate with the gold plating solution. With the included gold brush plating solution "Flash" you can even plate on stainless steel. If you have any questions, we'll be happily at your disposal.

The elegant solution for DIY plating via pen plating - the Tifoo manual plating pen. The galvanic plating of metal objects is one of the most frequent methods for creating precious metal surfaces. In order to plate by yourself in a selective way on certain spots, the so-called swab plating has proven itself. The manual galvanic pen from Tifoo allows you to create precious metal layers in a well-directed and efficient way. The pen comes with a high quality graphite anode that serves as well as replacable top for the absorbent swab. Precision work (but no filigree plating of jewellery) as well as large surfaces can be plated with this pen.
In order to chrome- and nickel-plate, it is advisable to purchase a nickel rod electrode

For all bigger parts, it is advisable to work with a 10 A power supply. The electrolytes vary here: for a gold electrolyte bath, 0.3 A pro dm² are enough, whereas chrome needs a current density of 15 A per dm². We recommend to use the nickel anode in combination with the Tifoo Chrome electrolyte. It deposits a very bright chrome-nickel alloy, which ressembles the popular bright chrome a lot.
