Die Streichbrünierung für Edelstahl von TIFOO ist geeignet, um kleine bis mittelgroße Werkstücke aus Edelstahl und den verschiedensten Edelstahllegierungen chemisch zu brünieren und damit effektiv zu schwärzen. Beim Brüniervorgang bildet sich schwarzer Farbstoff auf der Oberfläche des behandelten Gegenstandes, der dem Objekt eine edle, individuelle und antik schwarze Optik verleiht. Die optimierte Rezeptur sorgt für hervorragende Haftung und hohe Abriebfestigkeit auf dem Edelstahlobjekt. Behandelte Oberflächen können sein: Schrauben aus Edelstahl, Muttern aus Edelstahl, Beilagscheiben aus Edelstahl, Edelstahl-Elemente aus Innenräumen, Möbeln etc.Je nach Legierung wird die Brünierung pur angewendet. Die Brünierung ist sowohl für die Streich- als auch für die Tauchanwendung geeignet. Die Gegenstände müssen vor Brünierung fettfrei und sauber sein. Nach dem Brünieren empfehlen wir Einlegen in Öl, um überschüssiges Brüniermittel zu entfernen und die Brünierung zu versiegeln. Das Auftragen des TIFOO Brünieröls verleiht dem Objekt zusätzlichen Glanz. Wenn die Brünierung im ersten Schritt nicht großflächig haftet, spülen Sie das Objekt ordentlich und starten den Brüniervorgang erneut. It is essential when repairing or replacing of antique furniture is needed. Furthermore, it gives new brass, copper or bronze hardware and art pieces an antique look. It is ready to use and no mixing is needed. The solution is reusable for multiple applications. Contact of the ageing solution with the blank and cleaned copper, brass or bronze surfaces immediately forms (dependent on the duration of exposure; see the pictures!) a colored antique paint effect. As soon as the desired effect is achieved, the patination process can be easily stopped by rinsing of the object with water. The patination solution does not have to be heated.
